I really enjoy this breadmaker. I have been able to use it for making gluten free breads without any problems thus far. I would recommned this bread maker to anyone.

We’ve owned ours for about 4 months now, and we like it. It’s not the most expensive bread machine, but it’s easy to use and has a simple interface. If you need a simple machine that is able to do a decent variety of breads, this should work fine.

The machine itself seems to be decent construction. The outside is plastic, and the bread compartment is metal, with a heating element. It cleans up easily, inside and out. Just be careful not to bend or otherwise damage the heating element. The lid’s hinge is fairly loose. This isn’t a problem as far as making bread is concerned, but I wish it felt a little more secure.

No complaints about the bread. Our loaves collapse a bit, but they come out nice and soft, and everybody loves eating it. The loaves have thus far never stuck to the pan. This machine does use a paddle at the bottom of the pan that comes away inside the loaf, so your bread will have a hole in the bottom. Some people don’t like this. Me, I don’t care–it’s going to be eaten anyway.

We have two adults and three kids in our family. A single loaf is typically enough to feed everyone for breakfast, along with some fruit and milk.

The manual that came with the machine was rather cheap. You’d expect a manual that comes with a kitchen appliance–especially one that contains recipes and will therefore be around flour, water, oil, etc.– to be made to withstand a kitchen environment. Not the case here. Fortunately, you can download a new copy from the manufacturer’s web site if your manual gets ruined.

Thus far I have only two complaints about the machine. The first is that it is rather noisy. Having no prior experience with bread machines I don’t know if this is normal or not. It’s loud enough that when it makes bread early in the morning (to have it ready for breakfast) it is sometimes a disturbance.

My second complaint is that the bread pan never feels like it’s secured in place. I insert it as far as it will go, but it doesn’t take much force to remove it, and the pan is able to move around when it’s in place. This may be by design; I don’t know. At any rate, the pan has never popped out while making a loaf.

All in all, we’re pleased with it and enjoy using it.

When my breadmaker stopped being able to knead, I opened it up, found the belt was loose, and ordered this replacement. Now it kneads again.
